APEX Versus ("the Service") is operated by Param Rajesh Jaisinghani, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using APEX Versus, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

APEX Versus provides an AI-powered comparison platform that generates analysis and verdicts for user-submitted comparison queries. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

APEX Versus is not a gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money gaming service of any kind. No feature of the Service involves staking money on an outcome, and no feature pays out cash or cash-equivalent prizes. The optional "predict the winner" feature, streaks, badges, and leaderboard described in Section 4a are free engagement features with no monetary stakes or payouts, and are entirely separate from the paid Credits described in Section 4.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and used to run comparisons — they are a prepaid usage allowance for the AI comparison feature, nothing else.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, gifted, resold, or redeemed for cash or any cash-equivalent, and are not a virtual currency, security, or wagering instrument.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire within 12 months of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment processor.

4a. Predictions, Streaks, Badges & Leaderboard

APEX Versus includes an optional, free "predict the winner" feature: before an AI verdict is revealed, you may guess which side will win. Correct guesses build a personal accuracy streak, which can unlock cosmetic badges and a position on a public leaderboard. This feature:

• Is entirely free — it never costs Credits and never requires payment to participate.
• Involves no staking or wagering of money, Credits, or anything of value.
• Pays out nothing of monetary value — badges, streak counters, and leaderboard rank are purely cosmetic and have no cash value.
• Occasional bonus Credits awarded for visit streaks are a loyalty reward, not a payout tied to a prediction outcome.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Use automated bots to run comparisons
• Post abusive, hateful, or offensive content in comments
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI systems
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as factual statements

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All comparison results are generated by artificial intelligence. Results are for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as factual, definitive, or professional assessments. APEX Versus does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The APEX Versus platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by APEX Versus. You may share comparison results for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

APEX Versus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
